EXECUTIVE CHEF

Executive Head Chef René Cahane brings more than 30 years of experience leading kitchens across the Caribbean and the United Kingdom, with additional culinary work in the United States and France. Throughout his career, he has guided large culinary teams and overseen multi-outlet resort operations. Classically trained in French cuisine, Chef René blends global techniques with fresh local ingredients to create thoughtful, memorable dining experiences.
